Ongoing Conversations
This option is for women who want a steady, private space to think out loud over time, without goals, timelines, or expectations of change.
What this offers is continuity. Over time, many women find that having a regular, contained conversation:
-
Reduces mental noise.
-
Makes decisions feel less urgent.
-
Helps thoughts settle into clearer shape.
-
Removes the pressure to “arrive” at answers.
These are not coaching sessions in the traditional sense.
These 45 minute conversations shaped by perspective, experience, and careful listening.
How it works:
-
One private session per month.
-
No curriculum, worksheets, or action plans.
-
No requirement to “work on” anything between sessions.
-
Rolling commitment, reviewed quietly over time.
This option suits women who value discretion, steadiness and the ability to return to the same conversation without having to start again.
Offered on a limited, rolling basis.
Availability is intentionally small.
Closed Circles
Closed Circles are small, invitation-only gatherings for women who prefer to reflect alongside others, without group dynamics, teaching, or pressure to participate in a particular way.
What these circles offer is perspective through proximity.
Many women find that being in a small, consistent group:
-
Normalises experiences they thought were personal.
-
Softens self-judgment.
-
Brings clarity without advice-giving.
-
Creates a sense of being understood without explanation.
Each circle is deliberately small and remains closed for its duration, so familiarity can develop without obligation.
How it works:
-
4–6 women per circle.
-
One session per month over six months.
-
Conversation-led, not outcome-driven.
Closed Circles are offered once or twice a year only, depending on capacity.
They are designed to feel contained, calm, and respectful of everyone’s energy.
